We're looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Auger Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey, on a part-time basis.

Financials
* Starting Salary - £12.64 per hour
* Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 (pro‑rated accordingly if part‑time)
* 5.5% Pension Contribution

The Role
* Provide excellent care & communication to customers contacting Auger
* Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering simple queries related to our services
* Actively listen to the customer's needs, and transfer them to a more appropriate team if further assistance is needed
* Maintain clear records of incoming correspondence on our claim files

* Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
* A capable multi‑tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow‑up actions, without compromising on quality
