GBP 14.03 per hour



37 Hours per week

Your role


:Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents' daily lives
:Manage the home's administrative systems with accuracy and care
:Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
:Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
:Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care


Your skills


:Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
:Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service
:Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable
:Clear and supportive communicator with a flexible approach
:Kind, respectful and passionate about supporting older people
