Marketing Manager (Global & UK Markets) – Leading Personal Care Brand
London – Hybrid Working (2 days in office)

A high performing, global consumer goods business with a multi $b turnover is seeking a UK & Global Marketing Manager to lead strategy and growth for one of its high-performing haircare brands.
The company operates across multiple beauty & personal care categories and has a portfolio of widely recognised brands sold through major retailers and pharmacies in the UK & worldwide. This is a big role, with many stakeholder touchpoints across the globe as well as their global HQ.
You will act as the voice of the brand both in the UK and globally, taking ownership of brand strategy, performance, and innovation within a fast-growing category.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of two Brand Managers, driving performance and professional growth.
* Develop strategic brand plans informed by consumer insights, market trends, and collaboration with senior marketing leadership.
* Own annual brand planning and performance, including monitoring brand and category results and managing the brand P&L.
* Drive innovation and new product development based on consumer needs and emerging market opportunities.
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful communications and maximise ROI.
* Beauty OR personal care experience is essential!
* A strategic marketeer also happy to be involved in day to day operation & execution.
* Global marketing experience is preferred, alongside UK local market activation experience
* Leadership experience is preferred for this level of role
