Located within the breathtaking Leonardslee Gardens estate in West Sussex, Restaurant Interlude is recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting destination restaurants, celebrated for its immersive tasting menus, hyper-seasonal cooking, and deep connection to the surrounding land and produce. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our ambitious and creative kitchen brigade. Our menus are shaped by the seasons using the finest locally sourced ingredients, with a significant amount of produce grown directly on the estate itself.
