We're supporting a leading charity organisation in recruiting a People Services Advisor to join their People Services team.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent processes* Acting as first point of contact for HR advice to managers and staff* Supporting ER cases including investigations, performance and absence* Preparing contracts, offer letters and maintaining accurate HR records* Contributing to L&D, induction, career mapping and engagement initiatives* Producing HR reports and supporting continuous improvement projects* Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and employment legislation* Supporting organisational change and workforce planning activity
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)* Solid HR/People Services experience in a generalist role* Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR and HR best practice* Confident communicator with excellent organisation and attention to detail* Ability to manage a varied workload and build strong working relationships
