We are hiring Hospitality Managers to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2025/26 season. This role involves working on matchdays and non-match days (C&E events), including evenings and weekends. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing the hospitality areas before guests arrive
* Briefing staff prior to service
* Managing staff and ensuring high-quality service
* Adhering to food safety and health & safety procedures
* Completing necessary documentation

* Assisting guests with queries and resolving issues
* Leading and motivating the team
