Business Development Sales Advisor (SaaS) / Bid Advisor Location: Bolton (Hybrid/Remote options available) Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum (Dependant on experience) Hours: Full-time or Part-time considered, Flexible Core hours arrangements available Are you a talented account manager and sales professional with expertise in SaaS looking for an exciting new opportunity? Monitoring client take-up, use, service and retention. Qualifications & Experience Desired: • Sales, customer service and accountant management skills are key. • You will also want to learn, develop and continually improve. A personal mission to offer an excellent service is essential. We believe the skills and experience required to do this include: • Passion • Accountability • A thirst for knowledge and development • High energy, positive attitude • 2 years’ experience in customer service-related, account management or B2B sales role preferred, with familiarity updating and maintaining a CRM • Desire to build sales, customer service and consultancy skills • Advanced understanding of telephone sales principles and techniques • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience or familiarity with bidding and procurement processes is desirable (not essential) • Polite and professional at all times • Multi-tasking – being able to work to planned tasks and still respond reactively and positively to new opportunities • Good computer skills including, but not limited to, "MS Office" applications, Gmail, Dropbox • Self-motivated attitude. • Be proactive in supporting the business, this can look like actively starting new projects, collaborating with internal teams to improve their effectiveness or looking for continuous improvement opportunities Key Responsibilities: - Selling the software products and our wider bid services - Delivering demos - Sending proposals - Developing and nurturing long lasting business relationships - Contacting clients to: o Promote the software – to highlight the solution and its benefits. o Develop strong working relationships o Review satisfaction o Advise and signpost o Provide information about services to generate sales and best support the client. - Collaborating with others in the team to obtain client requirements and intelligence - Handling incoming calls - Accurately completing the associated administration, reporting and feedback If you're passionate about digital content and want to be part of a company that values your contributions, this is the perfect role for you!
