About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven Admin Coordinator to keep our back-end running smoothly. From managing customer emails to prepping payroll and onboarding staff, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine of our studio.
What You’ll Be Doing Responding to customer emails and social DMs professionally and promptly
Coordinating interviews, onboarding docs, and staff files
Preparing monthly payroll reports
Keeping staff qualifications and H&S docs up to date
Supporting communication between teams as needed
Adhoc admin tasks
You’ll Be Great If You… Have 2+ years experience in an admin, VA, PA, EA, or project coordination role
Have 2+ years experience in a customer service based role
Are highly organised, self-motivated, and thrive working independently
Have strong written communication skills
Are confident managing multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
Are tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
Bonus: you’ve worked in a wellness, studio, or small business environment
Personal Qualities Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Outgoing, approachable, and full of positive energy
