We're a fast-growing, innovation-led brand looking for a Midweight Digital & Motion Designer to join our London-based creative team. If you live and breathe visual storytelling, know what’s trending before it hits the feed, and love turning big ideas into scroll-stopping assets—this one’s for you.
Please note, this is strictly in office, London based position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design high-impact digital assets for web, social, email, and paid channels
* Support BAU and creative campaigns with the creation of assets for social media, web/e-commerce (e.g., homepage, PDPs, banners), and paid digital projects
* Bring brand stories to life through the addition of motion design (for email, social, or paid).
* Leverage AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to support concept development and creative workflows
* Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute campaign ideas
* Stay up to date with digital trends, design innovations, and emerging creative tech
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* 3–5 years of experience in a design role (in-house or agency), preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
* A portfolio that showcases excellent commercial digital work across email, social, web, and paid media/performance marketing assets.
* Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tech
* Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After Effects/Premier Pro) and FIGMA
* Strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
* Bonus: beauty lover + experience with video editing, motion graphics, or interactive/web design
