Service Engineer

We are looking for a motivated, dependable and committed service engineer to join our team. As a member of the water consultancy & equipment team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a Team, as well as having the capabilities to work independently. Due to the nature of the job, travelling will be part of your day to day role.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
* To carry out service of water treatment equipment such as softeners, reverse osmosis units, ozone units, side stream filtration units, UV units, and dosing units including occasional water analysis, sampling and legionella screening
* Conduct fault-finding and complete remedial works on water treatment equipment
* To provide clear and detailed service and water treatment reports, highlighting any problems or follow-ups required for further action
* To ensure that service visits are completed within the allocated time
* To present yourself in a professional manner to our clients at all times
* To work within the requirements of all current Health & Safety legislation
* To replace consumable spares as per the site maintenance schedules
* The role includes travelling away, possible nights and weekend work
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
* Good reporting and communication skills
* Being able to read equipment manuals and implement procedures detailed
* To carry out other works as deemed necessary for the good of the business
* A positive problem solving attitude
* Must be able to travel around London and outskirts
About Water Consultancy & Equipment
Our water consultancy team provide services such as statutory water hygiene tasks, chemical and microbiological analysis of various systems such as cooling towers, domestic water systems and closed heating/chilled closed circuits. Our water equipment engineers manufacture our own equipment in house that is fully supported with CAD schematics / Revit files. We supply our clients with equipment such as reverse osmosis units, water softeners, and water filtration services, among many others.
