We'relooking for a proactive and experienced Employment RelationsAdvisor to join Witherslack Group and play a vital role insupporting managers across a regional area with employee relationsmatters. In this fast-paced position, you will provide expertguidance on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management,flexible working, attendance, and capability issues, ensuringmanagers feel confident and supported in their people decisions.You'll work closely with senior HR colleagues, Head Teachers, andRegistered Managers to deliver effective and innovative HRsolutions that align with our evolving business needs and growthplans.
As a trusted advisor,you will manage a high volume of employee relations cases withaccuracy and attention to detail, while using HR metrics toinfluence decision-making and improve organisational performance.Flexibility to travel within your region and occasionally beyond isessential, as you collaborate across locations to embed HR policiesand support continuous improvement. - Significant experienceworking as an Employment Relations Advisor in a fast-pacedenvironment with a strong focus on employee relations practices andmanaging a high volume of ERcases.
- Level3 CIPD qualification or equivalent, demonstrating solid HRknowledge andprofessionalism.
- Provenability to provide independent advice and make confident decisions,offering practical solutions while anticipating and overcomingchallenges.
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with strongproficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
- Abilityto build and maintain credible business relationships quickly,influencing and challenging constructively whenneeded.
- Highlyconfidential and capable of handling sensitive situations withprofessionalism anddiscretion.
- Proactive,well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities acrossstakeholders, with flexibility to travel within and beyond theregion asrequired.
