About the Role
A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Totton is seeking a Primary Classroom Assistant to join their team this September. You’ll be providing essential classroom support, helping pupils engage with learning, and contributing to a positive school experience for every child.
As a Classroom Assistant, You’ll:
* Support pupils during lessons and activities
* Assist with classroom organisation and preparation
* Encourage inclusive participation and engagement
* Help foster emotional wellbeing and confidence
* Work closely with teachers and staff to support learning goals
