We are looking for multiple Room Leaders to join our busy nurseries in Coventry.
This is an opportunity to further your career within Early Years working with a friendly team and grow your capabilities across multiple rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute age-appropriate activities
* Create a safe and stimulating environment where the children can learn and thrive
* Be a Key Peron - develop and care for a group of children on a 1:1 basis
* Lead the daily operations of the nursery
* Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff
About You:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential)
* Previous experience as Room Leader (desirable)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, and safeguarding
* Passionate about fostering the development of children
