🚨 IT Support Engineer – 2nd Line | Seaford, East Sussex | Up to £40,000 | Onsite
Our client is hiring a self-sufficient, hands-on 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team in the Seaford area.
This fully onsite role is ideal for someone confident working independently across hardware, networks, and Microsoft-based infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
🖥️ Supporting and maintaining PCs, servers, printers, and network devices
🌐 Troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall issues (FortiGate a plus)
⚙️ Managing Wintel services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
🎯 Handling support tickets and contributing to IT infrastructure projects
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of IT support experience
✔️ Strong 2nd line skills and a proactive, independent mindset
✔️ Comfortable being the go-to IT contact onsite
