The successful candidate will be a calm and professional leader who will be able to support and manage the workload of the the day-to-day business of our Equipment Sales team.

Job Purpose
Effectively and efficiently manage equipment sales activities to ensure sales targets and service levels are met.
Key Duties
* Accountable for equipment sales KPI performance
* Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with existing long-standing clients
* Manage large numbers of incoming calls & emails
* Go the extra mile to engage customers.
* Ordering of new equipment and co-ordinating deliveries
* Arrange/ coordinate installation of equipment
* Liaise with in-house & subcontract installation teams
* Effective route planning of equipment sales deliveries
* Mentor, coach and develop equipment sales team
* Set a consistent example of excellent customer service for the team.
* Support the training and development of team members as required.
* Share best practice regularly with team
* Prepare Sales reports by collecting and analysing customer information
* Identify new business opportunities with outbound activity
* Ensure up to date with new products to market
* Keep records of customer details, interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
* Be an expert in the use of Sprint business systems and processes
Person Specification
Experience
* Experience of working in a Sales environment
* Management/Supervisory experience
* Experience of working in a high pressure and time critical environment
* Experience of working in a team centric environment
* Proven ability to lead by example
* Working effectively with complex information
* Proven customer orientated support experience
* Learning new skills rapidly
* Experience in the catering & refrigeration industry
Skills and Qualifications
* GCSE Maths & English (A-C/9-4) or equivalent as minimum
* IT literate
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Ability to problem solve
