Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a fair and manageable caseload within both Assessment and Intervention and our Permanence teams.
* Utilize agile working tools to work flexibly and remotely.
* Access training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Work in partnership with other professionals and engage in court work and direct family support using the Supporting Families, Enhancing Futures model.
Requirements:
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Relevant experience in social work.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
Job Details:
3 months contract with Wirral Council.
