We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months' estate agency experienceOR a Trainee looking for their first role in Estate Agency with very strong customer service and sales skills.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator:
* Basic £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
* OTE £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm
* 1 Saturday off per month with a day back in lieu
* 5 day working week

* Use of company pool car or use of own vehicle at the mileage rate of 35p per mile
Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Generating and conducting viewings
* Canvassing to bring on new properties
* Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
* Preparing sales brochures
* Developing relationships
* Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
* Booking appointments
* Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:
* At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property industry OR very strong customer service and sales skills
* High level of customer service skills.
* Well-spoken with good telephone manner
* Well presented
* Target driven and ambitious
* The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
* Highly motivated
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
