Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated individual to manage administrative tasks and contribute to the overall coordination of production support functions. This role will involve purchasing, managing inventories, maintaining the workspace, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations.

What will be your responsibilities:

* Perform general administrative duties.
* Handle purchasing tasks, contact suppliers, and provide feedback on orders and purchases.
* Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
* Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition.
* Maintain good, assertive communication with colleagues from other sections.
* Manage inventory by assigning serial numbers or batches to received materials.
* Oversee warehouse management, including visual Kanban sheets and stock replenishment.
* Collaborate with production to address stock shortages and prevent recurrence.
* Use critical thinking in purchases and supplier requests.
* Ensure tasks and deliveries are completed on time.
* Promote workplace safety by preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after tasks.
* Perform cross-section tasks as needed based on production requirements.
* Implement instructions received from supervisors.
* Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.

Profile and requirements:

* Minimum education required (specify level).
* Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level).
* Proficient in user-level computer tools.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
* Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving production targets.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom (required).
