Overview

Field Sales Representative at Virgin Media O2 – Join our Field Sales Representatives team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and introducing them to our leading broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products and services. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience and ability to connect with people.

Location: Salisbury

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £25,000 + c.£20,000 OTE (uncapped commission)


What You’ll Be Doing

* Be the face of Virgin Media O2, going door-to-door to visit potential customers at their homes and, occasionally, small businesses.
* Introduce customers to the benefits of Virgin Media O2 and its broadband, mobile, TV and connectivity products and services.
* Engage with people who may not be expecting an in-person visit, build rapport, and develop connections with new customers.
* Remain upbeat, target-driven and able to handle rejection and varying weather conditions.
* Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service to convert interest into sales.


Training

* In your first three weeks, training runs 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-directed learning and in-office sessions with your manager.


Working hours

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

The must haves

* A full UK driving licence.
* An ability to work shifts that are typically between 12:00pm and 8:00pm.
