A respected law firm based in Bury is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy property team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and acquisitions.
* Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation such as contracts, leases, licences, and deeds.
* Conduct property searches, due diligence, and investigations to support transaction progress.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, landlords, tenants, and other parties involved in transactions.
* Monitor and manage deadlines and case progression using case management systems.
* Draft correspondence and manage communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
* Support the team in maintaining compliance with legal regulations and firm policies.
* Assist in resolving queries raised during the transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely completions.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous paralegal experience within commercial property law or conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of commercial property transactions, leases, and related documentation.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a busy environment.
* Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
