Position: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you are the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We seek individuals with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior, work well as part of a team, and possess effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.
