I'm working with a charming boutique hotel seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their small, friendly kitchen team. This is a great role for a CDP who enjoys variety, quality cooking, and a healthy worklife balance .
Youll play a key part in delivering a high-quality breakfast offering and supporting the la carte service for lunch and dinner. With a stable, consistent rota and a supportive Head Chef, this is an ideal role for someone who loves hospitality but wants a manageable schedule.
The Role Prepare and cook a high-standard breakfast menu
Support the kitchen team with fresh, seasonal la carte dishes
Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organisation
Work closely with a small, close-knit team in a relaxed boutique setting
Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials
About You Experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
Confident in breakfast cookery and comfortable with la carte service
Passionate about fresh ingredients and well-presented dishes
Reliable, organised, and a positive team player
Enjoys working in a quality, independent hotel environment
Whats on Offer 30 hours per week (ideal worklife balance)
Live-in accommodation available
Overtime available in busy periods
