Off to Work are delighted to be recruiting a receptionist for a beautiful 34‑bedroom boutique hotel located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town.
This charming hotel features elegant en‑suite bedrooms, stylish private dining and meeting rooms, and two impressive banqueting suites, all supported by warm, attentive service.
The Role
As the face of the hotel, you will play a key role in welcoming guests, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and delivering an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Dealing with reservations enquiries by email and telephone
Welcoming guests and managing check‑ins and check‑outs
Processing guest payments
Handling guest enquiries with professionalism and care
Providing recommendations and local knowledge about Edinburgh
Experience with Guestline / Rezlynx front office systems would be beneficial, though full training will be provided. Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is required.

The shift pattern is either:
7:00am – 3:00pm
