They are looking for a Chartered Surveyor to look after Landlord and Tenant work across the North, mainly within Hospitality, Leisure and Retail. The firm are open to someone from AD level to recently chartered and your base will be the Newcastle office. You will cover all aspects of the lease advisory process providing initial advice, rental valuations, reporting to the client, carrying out negotiations and expert reports to Third Party/Court if necessary. Working with Landlords and Tenants for rent reviews across the firm specialist sectors which are Hospitality, Leisure and Medical Undertake inspections and measured surveys Lease interpretation and analysis Analysis of comparable evidence Negotiating and drafting heads of terms Representing Landlords and Tenants on third party disputes What you will have MRICS status Previous experience with Lease Advisory Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel round the North of England Full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle
