Responsibilities
* As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills to support Residents and families.
* Make a difference to Residents at a time when they may feel vulnerable; guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
* Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for people living in our care homes and their families.
* Safeguarding is everyones responsibility. Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, know what to do if concerns arise, attend safeguarding training, and seek appropriate advice or escalate if needed.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and model effective written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
* You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid PIN number, and understanding of the NMC standards of practice.
* You will understand your commitment to your profession and demonstrate professional behaviours.
* You will advocate a person-centred approach to care and effectively communicate with Residents and families.
