Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and understanding Male Personal Assistant (PA) to support a teenage boy with learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will be firm, consistent, and patient, with a good sense of structure and the ability to engage positively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting a teenage boy at home and in the community
Help with developing personal boundaries
Discussing appropriate social situations
Providing structure, routine, and clear boundaries
Assisting with life skills, communication, and engagement
Helping with activities that promote independence and confidence
Experience with young people or individuals with learning difficulties preferred
Calm, firm, and consistent personality
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Reliable and punctual
Employer Gender: Male
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours Per Week: 6 hrs p/w in term time & 12 hrs p/w in school holidays
How will the hours be used: By going out into community, using public transport and engaging with appropriate social interactions.
