Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd (YPEL) are a successful busy Sub-Contract Engineering Company maching componnts for a variety of sectors including Oil & Gas, Medical, Brewing, food, agricultural & Hydraulics industries .YPEL are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator, offering excellent rates of pay to the right candidate.
Job Description CNC Turner
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes (Miyano BNJ 42SY / MiyanoBNE 65MYY Doosan Puma TT1800SY)
* Working to tight tolerances
* Producing high precision batch work components anywhere from 50 off to 2500 off.
* Setting and Operating using Fanuc & Mitsubishi Controls
* Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials
Skills Required CNC Turner
* Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head Lathes in a cell of 4 machines
* Experience using twin spindle lathes is an advantage but not essential.
* (The ability to program is advantageous but not essential)
* Previous experience working within a precision manufacturing environment.
* The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings
* The ability to inspect your own work.
200 hours holiday per year (23days) + Statutory holidays
Every 3 years service 10 hours holiday added.
4 Day Work Week = Good work life balance.
Working 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm noon
Start is flexible between 6am & 7am
