The Position
An instinctive planner and a natural collaborator, you’re capable of defining strategic vision and leading projects to completion, confident in your ability to build relationships, run campaigns and pitch and present ideas. Delivering work that’s always rooted in sound strategic thinking, you’ll adopt an all-around approach, always looking at the bigger picture and utilising your creativity and versatility to realise ideas that are as seamless as they are standout. In tune with your team, you’re eager to take on responsibilities and new challenges, bringing clarity and inspiration to every brief, and crafting solutions that are grounded in consumer, cultural and brand insights.
What We’re Looking For
Resourceful, ideas-led and solution-oriented, you have bold ideas and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have experience leading projects in a similarly fast-paced agency environment, with a strong understanding of brand strategy. We’re after someone with stellar people skills – this is a senior role, so it’s important that you can take the lead on campaigns and also become an inspiring and motivating presence for those around you. Most importantly, you’ll be pragmatic and imaginative, with some solid experience behind you, so that you can well and truly hit the ground running with this role!
