We\'re Hiring: Printer/Packing Operative
Salary: £12.22 per hour
Hours: 36.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays!)
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment? We are looking for a Printer/Packing Operative to play a vital role in ensuring high-quality printed products are delivered with care and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate Digital Printers
Set up and run dye sublimation print jobs, ensuring vibrant, accurate colours and resolution.
Artwork & Colour Management
Review files for quality and accuracy, making necessary colour adjustments to meet expectations.
Quality Assurance
Inspect materials for defects, alignment, and consistency. Report any issues promptly.
Printer Maintenance
Carry out daily maintenance, setup, printing, and post-job breakdowns.
Packing Orders
Pack items meticulously following detailed instructions, using equipment such as a sonic welder, guillotine, bender, and scales.
Team Collaboration
Work effectively with colleagues in a positive, productive environment.
Problem Solving
Handle challenges independently, staying calm under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Target Driven
Consistently meet or exceed productivity targets.

Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
* Two 15-minute breaks per day (unpaid)
* Total: 36.5 hours per week
