The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Integrations to own the discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of payment integrations across our platform. This role is designed for a strong Senior Product Manager who is comfortable working with complex systems and multiple stakeholders, and who can quickly build domain knowledge where needed. You will act as the primary product contact for external payment partners — including PSPs, acquirers, and banking providers — owning product alignment, requirements, and delivery coordination. While payments knowledge can be learned, product ownership, structured thinking, and execution are essential
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the payments and integrations product area from problem definition through delivery and optimisation
* Define clear outcomes and success metrics (conversion, failure rates, latency, operational impact).
* Build and maintain a prioritised roadmap aligned to business goals, technical dependencies, and regulatory constraints
* Lead discovery with engineering, compliance, finance, operations, and external partners.
* Translate requirements into clear product requirements.
* Work closely with technical teams on API-driven integrations.
* Act as the primary product point of contact for PSPs, acquirers, and partners.
* Own product-level conversations with partners including requirements, timelines, and trade-offs.
* Translate partner requests into well-defined internal product work.
* Align delivery with compliance, risk, finance, and operational readiness.
* Use data and feedback to continuously improve reliability and supportability
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years experience as a Product Manager delivering complex, cross-functional products
* Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
* Comfortable working with APIs, system flows, and technical trade-offs.
* Experience working with external vendors or technology partners is a plus.
