I’m currently working with a global organisation operating in a highly regulated environment on a senior sourcing role focused on construction & infrastructure-related spend.
This will be a high-profile role that will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, leading end-to-end sourcing activity across a range of projects, from early engagement through to negotiation and contract award, including the negotiation and management of complex construction and engineering contracts across a range of standard industry frameworks (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC or similar). This is a senior position with real visibility across the business, where you’ll be trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
There’s a strong emphasis on balancing commercial outcomes with governance, so it would suit someone comfortable operating with structure, controls and accountability.
From a scope perspective, this is a genuinely interesting role; you’ll be supporting global projects, with the opportunity for some travel, working across a varied and high-value portfolio.
The role would suit someone who:
• Has strong experience across capital projects, construction or infrastructure procurement
• Is confident leading RFP/RFX processes and complex negotiations
• Enjoys building relationships and influencing at a senior level
• Is comfortable working in a regulated or governance-led environment (doesn’t need to be financial services)
You’ll be joining a well-established team with strong visibility, where procurement is recognised for the value it brings and the impact it delivers.
The role offers a market-leading salary and an excellent benefits package.
If it sounds of interest, I’d be happy to talk you through the details.
