Support Worker – £12.60/hour | Flexible Hours | No Personal Care
Location: Hinckley & surrounding areas
Hourly Rate: £ p per mile (paid travel during sessions ONLY)
Hours: 5–10 hours per week to start, mostly Monday–Friday with some evening/weekend roles

We're looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to empower our clients to live life on their own terms.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same Your role may involve:
* Preparing meals and drinks, including reminders
* Shopping and putting items away
* Deep cleaning and light housekeeping
* Laundry and clothing organisation
* Supporting correspondence and opening mail
* Offering emotional encouragement
* Attending appointments
* Helping clients access volunteering, education, or training
* Community outings and light gardening
* Giving unpaid carers a break
What We're Looking For
* A caring, person-centred approach
* Good communication and people skills
* Ability to manage your own time
* Flexible availability
* Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and business insurance
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to complete a DBS check
* Previous support experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided
