Residential Care Worker
Full-time & Part-time roles | £33,522 - £34,320 (full time, including sleep‑ins)
Location: Varies Locations within Shropshire, Powys and Staffordshire

Responsibilities
* Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 7–18.
* Assist with daily routines such as self‑care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing.
* Participate in school life and lead educational and life skills activities.
* Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement.
* Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
* Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals.
* Follow a shift pattern (with sleep‑ins) and also have a part‑time option (60, 90, or 120 hrs/month).
Essential Requirements
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
* A calm and reliable nature in challenging situations.
* Willingness to complete fully funded QCF Level 3 training.
* A true passion for supporting and inspiring children to thrive.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Flexibility to cover shifts – we do not use agency staff.
