Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Commercial Manager for a well-regarded housebuilder based in Buckinghamshire.
The role will entail overseeing several sites commercially and reporting accurately to the Commercial Director.
The day-to-day work will include:
* Setting and monitoring budgets.
* Agree contracts with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
* Cost-reporting.
* Agreeing monthly valuations and variations with Sub-Contractors
* Monitor performance of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure high standards.
* Managing Quantity Surveyors and the contracts on site.
