As a Business Development Manager at Arrow, you will play a pivotal role in assessing existing and potential customers, defining product needs, and executing sales strategies. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships between our business area, regional teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing at Arrow:
* Identify, recruit, and grow partners to expand our reach.
* Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers and Account Directors to pinpoint key reseller partners with high sales potential.
* Equip partners with the necessary tools to maximize their sales capabilities.
* Execute successful business plans in collaboration with channel partners.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and channel customers.
* Engage new partners and enable them to drive incremental sales.
* Initiate marketing campaigns to generate new leads for partners.
* Provide regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, offering insights for both short- and long-term deals.
* Deliver regular sales training, both in-person and via webinars, along with facilitating technical training.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experience: Proven track record in Outside Business Development & IT Sales, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
* Data Center Solutions: Previous sales experience in this area is a plus.
* Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
