* Support salary advance claims and act as Stage 1 BACS Approver.
* Participate in payroll projects and system upgrade testing (UAT).
* Maintain compliance with data security, equal opportunities, and relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate
* Has strong payroll experience, ideally in large, complex organisations.
* Can work confidently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Is highly adaptable and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
* Has experience with Midland iTrent and/or SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
* Has participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or similar system implementation projects.
* Is comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and supporting users through transition.
