Paint Technician
Location: Bellshill

We are looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join our Bellshill team and help deliver high-quality paint finishes that restore both vehicles and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities
14. Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
15. Carry out paint repairs accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail
16. Ensure smooth, flawless finishes that meet manufacturer and internal quality standards
17. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
18. Work closely with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Requirements
19. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
20. Strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
21. ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve is desirable
22. Passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
23. Team player who acts with integrity and takes ownership of their work
