Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enriching the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.

Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards!

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

You will be supporting a vulnerable adult and providing support throughout the day and evenings. This person is very independent and outgoing and loves to explore and try new things, so he needs his staff team to keep him safe. We provide 1:1 support between 8am and 10pm each day with no overnight support required. This person has many hobbies which keeps him busy, he enjoys going to the farm in the summer to muck out look after the animals and it gives him a sense of purpose. He also likes being out in the community swimming, attending pantos and also likes to eat out sometimes. It is important that the staff enjoy having a laugh and are fun to be around. He needs support by someone who is willing to take time to get to know him and understands him. He is very close to his family and likes to visit them often. We require a worker to be patient and confident when helping him with his anxieties. We are looking for Part Time Support Worker for 14 hours each week with the occasional weekends. Full training will be provided.

Your values:

The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun! It’s important that you are reliable and honest and can communicate well with everyone.
