Service Advisor – Porthmadog
Our client, a reputable Automotive Dealership in Porthmadog, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a well-respected business. Benefits included as a Service Advisor:
Basic salary of circa £28,000, dependent on experience
Potential to achieve OTE of approximately £32,000+ with bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Rotational Saturdays to suit the business needs

Manage customer bookings efficiently and organise technician workloads
Assist customers with vehicle service enquiries, providing expert advice
Support administration tasks, including diary management and data entry
Promote and upsell products and additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase bonuses
Represent a reputable vehicle brand confidently and professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the workshop team to facilitate smooth service operationsRequirements for the Service Advisor position:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential
Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures
Willingness to learn and undertake duties outside core responsibilities as required
Confident, outgoing, and excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively and work well within a team
