What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting solicitors on residential conveyancing matters
* Preparing and progressing legal documents
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other lawyers
* Managing files, deadlines, and transaction stages
* Building real technical and commercial property law experience
What They’re Looking For
* 12 months' experience within a Residential Conveyancing team
* The ability to handle Sale matters from start to finish with some supervision
* Highly organised, motivated, and detail-focused
* Confident communicator with a professional manner
* Comfortable working at pace in a fully office-based role
* Genuinely ambitious about a long-term career in property law
