About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic teacher in Beauty to join our vibrant Faculty of Lifestyle in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry expertise into the classroom and make a real difference to learners’ futures.
You’ll deliver engaging, up-to-date teaching across our Beauty programmes, combining practical hands-on learning with theory, employability skills and real-world relevance.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Delivering inspiring, high-quality Beauty lessons in practical and classroom settings
2. Planning creative schemes of work and lesson plans that learners love
3. Supporting learners as a Personal / Academic Progress Tutor, helping them achieve their goals
4. Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
5. Contributing to enrichment activities, open days and promotional events
6. Playing a key role in quality processes, CPD and curriculum development
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be:
7. Qualified in Beauty (degree-level or equivalent)
8. A confident communicator who can inspire and motivate learners
9. Passionate about teaching, learning and professional development
10. Organised, adaptable and a strong team player
Teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification are ideal, but if you’re currently working towards one or would be willing to work towards the qualification, we’d still love to hear from you.
