Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Adviser (Administrator) to support our busy and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to telephone and email enquiries across all areas of the business
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Liaising with candidates and members regarding their applications or accounts
* Maintaining databases and CPD Professional Registers
* Making outbound calls to chase outstanding payments or CPD points
Person Specification
* Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident problem-solver who demonstrates initiative
* Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills
* Understanding of GDPR principles and data handling best practices
* Experience in a call centre environment (desirable)
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Xero, HubSpot, or Salesforce (beneficial)
* Able to start as soon as possible
* Professional, trustworthy, and respectful in all interactions
* Eager to learn and contribute positively within a team
