The role is based on the temporary desk which is fast paced but highly rewarding.
Responsibilities
* Actively source and qualify candidates
* Full 360° temp recruitment desk — from business development to candidate placement
* Manage the client's needs and expectations
* Maintaining strong relationships in the market
* Working to improve recruitment efficiency
* Building and managing your own desk while maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring exceptional service for both clients and candidates
Requirements
* A recent graduate (any discipline) OR someone with a year of commercial experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong work ethic and drive to succeed
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Independently motivated
* Team player
Working Hours:
* Shift pattern 7 till 4.30pm / 8.30 till 5.30pm
* Office based
