Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
Required capabilities
* High levels of customer service; attention to detail.
* Open to feedback and able to adapt.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.
* Digital capability.
Work pattern
Monday 12:00-16:00; Friday 14:30-18:30; Saturday 14:30-18:30; Sunday 13:00-17:00; Thursday 12:00-16:00; Friday 14:20-18:30.
