What youll be doing
* Speaking with warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales conversations
* Understanding customer priorities, budgets and insurance requirements
* Recommending suitable insurance solutions from leading UK providers
* Handling objections confidently and closing deals
* Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
* Continuously improving performance and competing with high-performing colleagues
What it takes to succeed
