ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC/Commercial Gas Bias)HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Manchester including Stockport, Trafford, Bolton and Warrington (Applicant should be located within 30 mins from Manchester City Centre)

We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC and Commercial Gas bias who will maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester
* Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities
* Oversee planned PPM and compliance works
* Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
* Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
* Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required
* Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours
Required Qualifications
* Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment
* Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
* Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
* Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights
* Available to join a call out rota
* Hold a full UK driving licence
