The Role
In this role, you\'ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations directly on our customers\' faces, arms, legs and feet, and hand out tailored samples.
* Work closely with your team to drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.
* Host parties for people of all ages.
* Manage stock, ensure the shop floor looks its best, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
* Make our customers feel like VIPs with a friendly and helpful approach, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of your shop.
* Become a pro on our products, helping customers make perfect choices, and sharing knowledge on what makes each product right for them.
* Team up with colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
* Get creative with displays and keep the store looking fabulous to help customers find the right products while they shop.
* Keep inventory in check by restocking shelves and ensuring products are always ready for sale.
* Keep the store sparkling clean and inviting, creating a space that enhances the shopping experience.
* Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase ends the shopping trip on a positive note.
* Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel genuinely cared for.
* Dive into training sessions with enthusiasm to grow both personally and professionally.
Skills and Experience
* Customer Experience: Passion for delivering exceptional service, inspiring the team to create memorable 5-star experiences.
* Teamwork: Positive collaboration to achieve store goals and foster a supportive environment.
* Communication: Clear, open, and respectful communication to keep information flowing within the store and with nearby stores.
* Nice to have but training will be provided:
o Ethical and Sustainable Mindset: Alignment with ethical sourcing, sustainability, and cruelty-free practices.
Key Information
* Hours available: 12+ hours per week (Minimum of 3 days per week for lowest contract)

* Trial Shift Dates: 3rd, 4th or 5th October
* Start Date: 12th October 9 am - 6 pm
* Compulsory training shifts: 14th October, 9 am - 6 pm; 18th October, 9 am - 6 pm; 25th October, 9 am - 6 pm; 1st November, 9 am - 6 pm; 4th November, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
* End Date: 2nd January 2026
