Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Oracle HCM Payroll Support Consultant with Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise to join our team in a hands-on, client-facing delivery role.
You will bring plenty of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM solutions, ideally across multiple clients in both the public and private sectors. You will require a strong grasp of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality, quarterly update management, and complex issue resolution, combined with excellent communication and client engagement skills.

* At least 3 years support experience or minimum of 2 full implementations as an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant, specifically in Payroll
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements and payroll processes (PAYE, NI, pensions automatic enrolment, RTI, tax codes, salary sacrifice, statutory absence)
* Hands-on experience configuring core Payroll components such as payroll elements, fast formulas and calculation rules
* Experience of supporting or running Oracle Cloud Payroll
* Experience of supporting large complex solutions with multiple stakeholders
* Strong HCM / Payroll experience
* Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues
* Experience of reviewing the impact of the Oracle cloud quarterly updates and identifying enhancements that would benefit clients
* Ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value
* Adaptability
Desirable:
* Exposure to other Oracle Cloud Modules, including but not limited to OTL, Absence, Compensation and Benefits
* Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
* Experience in government and / or education sectors
* Familiarity and understanding of rapid deployment methodologies.
Qualifications & Certifications
* Payroll Implementation specialist Certification (obtained or willing to work towards)
