What will you be doing?
* Lead and supervise installation teams and subcontractors
* Drive installation quality and adherence to project timelines
* Manage site assets and logistics (e.g. lifting equipment, transport)
* Assemble and install mechanical and electrical systems
* Support commissioning and testing of equipment
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations
* Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
* Support other field operations such as servicing and breakdowns
What do we need from you?
* Time-served apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in mechanical/electrical engineering
* CITB SMSTS or equivalent (training can be provided)
* Working at Heights or FLT licence (training can be provided)
* Strong understanding of electrical design and installation standards
* Experience managing small teams and subcontractors
* Full clean driving licence
