Verifying the legality of products imported from overseas (mainly Japan). Localizing product labels in accordance with EU/UK food regulations. Responding to customer inquiries regarding products. Preparing product specifications upon customer request. Communicating with suppliers to confirm product information. Creating ingredient lists for customs clearance. Ensuring internal operations comply with relevant regulations. Preparing for and supporting BRCGS audits. Conducting warehouse audits and recording monthly reports. Japanese speaking Quality Management Officer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: High level of English proficiency (essential). Required strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP level). Must be able to work on-site. Detail-oriented, patient, and able to focus on data entry for extended periods. Interested in compliance-related work and seeking a long-term position.
